Playmanity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is“ and “as available“ basis. Playmanity makes no warranties or representations regarding the Platform, including but not limited to its availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. Playmanity disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Playmanity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these ToS. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playmanity's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform or these ToS shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Platform.

The use of any software that interrupts the normal viewing of ads within the games may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.

Transferring your account to another user is strictly prohibited, except for temporary transfers to a friend or family member for a brief period of time (2-3 hours). Any other form of account transfer is not allowed. While limited transfers to friends or family for a short duration (2-3 hours) are permitted, you acknowledge that any actions undertaken on your account during this period are your sole responsibility. Violation of the Terms of Service by family or friends may result in the permanent banning of your account.
